PhD in Education or Philosophy from an Accredited Educational Institution
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in the supervision of an Educational Program
Practical knowledge of current theories and issues in the field of ESL or EFL and their relationship to the classroom, particularly as they relate to ESL or EFL instruction environment
Highly developed interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a diverse population of ESL or EFL instructors, office staff, Saudi Military Personnel
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
Desired Qualifications
4 plus years of EFL teaching and administrative experience
Instructor or supervision and training experience in an overseas EFL program or environment
